TIME OF DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION

Delivery time is in accordance with GLS’s general guidelines, normally within 2-5 weekdays, however this is not guaranteed.

1-5 days after placing the order the package will be shipped. This does not include products with separate delivery dates. If these conditions cannot be met, we will contact you. If you have paid for a product without receiving it, we ask you to contact us, so we can trace the package at GLS and rectify possible errors.

The freight charge depends on geography and method. Delivery time is 1-5 days.

PLACING ORDERS

The only way to place an order at Mini Pop Style ApS is via our website. In case you have inquiries regarding products that are not on the website, please contact us.

All prices include VAT and other taxes. The prices are the market price. When you shop at Mini Pop Style ApS, all the trades are made in Danish. If you wish to receive a copy of the confirmation of your order, please send an email to info@minipopstyle.com.

There is a fee linked to the usage of different payment methods. The fee for using different credit cards and payment methods is stated in the brackets. The amount will be deducted from your credit card, once the order is shipped from Mini Pop Style ApS. There can never be withdrawn a larger amount of money than the amount you have approved of when ordering

COMPLAINTS

In the case of defects or lack of delivery from minipopstyle.com, you can file a complaint by sending an email to info@minipopstyle.com.

The right to complain ends two years after receiving the product. This means, either we will repair the product, replace it or send you a refund, all depending on the specific situation. Given that the compliant is just and the defect is not a result of mistreatment of the product or other damage-causing conduct.

We process the complaint as quickly as possible. If you find any defects, we ask you to contact Mini Pop Style ApS. You have to file your complaint within a “reasonable period of time” after you have discovered the flaw. If you file a compliant within two months after detecting the flaw, your complaint will always be timely.

In case your complaint is just, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) freight expenses.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS 30 DAYS

Mini Pop Style ApS grants 14 days of cancellation right, which takes effect the day you receive your products. You must return the products essentially in the same conditions and quantity, together with your account no., so we can refund the amount of money in question.


The cancellation rights no longer applies, in case you treat the product in a way that obviously reduces its market value considerably.

You are responsible for covering the expenses related to returning a product.

If you do not collect your package, we take the liberty to debit all freight expenses from your account, once the package returns. You have additionally the possibility to return the item in person at the address mentioned above.

All you have to do is to leave a copy of the confirmation of the order.

Note! We do not accept cash on delivery packages.

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR ANOTHER PRODUCT

Vi gladly exchange your product for a different size. If you wish to exchange for another product, we recommend that you place a new order – and ask to get a refund for the exchanges item.
