Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING: We offer FREE SHIPPING if you shop for more than 500 DKK for orders in Denmark and a corresponding shipping fee, amount based on location and delivery methode, will be charged for shipping cost under 500 DKK. For orders sent to other countries outside of Denmark we charge respective fees depending on season and weight of package.

All products are sent from Denmark and can be shipped to several countries in and outside of Europe and some Internationally. Mini Pop Style Aps will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and we do everything we can to be as accurate as possible. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on business days. Please note, Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. During Danish holidays, delays may occur, but we promise to do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.

You can choose to pick up your order in the store. You will receive an email and/or a text message when your order is ready to be picked up. In case you don't receive the email, please check your spam inbox or contact us for further investigation on why the order might be delayed. Please make sure to pick up your order as soon as possible.

If Shipped, the parcel will go to the nearest parcel shop for you to collect your items. In case you would like to have your parcel delivered to a home address, Please write an email to before you place your order, and we will look into what is possible for your location. This might include extra shipping fees.  

Due to Covid-19 the delivery is expected to take longer than usual. As soon as the orders are dispatched from Mini Pop Style Aps, it is out our hands and all claims has to go through the shipping service provider. Mini Pop Style Aps is not responsible or reliable for any delays in delivery, lost packages or mistakes in any order information provided by the customer. In case your items are damaged upon arrival please report it to the shipping company immediately, no later than two days after receiving it. Mini Pop Style Aps is not responsible for any garments or other products damaged during transportation as this is out of our control. If you haven't received your package within 15 days of dispatch please contact us no later than 25 days after you have received a tracking number. Lost packages that are claimed after this time period is unfortunately outside of the shipping services insurance claim and won't be able to be refunded. 

We always pack everything carefully to reduce the risk of damage or harm to the order. And we work very hard to try and get the order ready and shipped as soon as possible. 

Mini Pop Style Aps will not pay shipping for uncollected packages and will charge you for the cost of return shipping in case this is needed.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 calendar days after your purchase on the webshop. Please send an email to or through the contact form on the website to register the items that you would like to exchange or return. If the items are not registered by email, the return or exchange may be rejected.

All items must be returned in the same state they were received in, including original tags and labels. Returns and exchanges are to be paid and handled by the client and at your own risk. Returns that are damaged or have been worn may be rejected and send back to you again and/or refund will be refused. Once we have received the return-items, we will send you the style or size you wish instead, which will have to be placed as an order separately / or credit the amount to the same card used for the purchase. Please note that expenses for the return shipment is paid by you/the client. Items sold on final sale can not be exchanged or returned. 

If you refuse your package and it is being sent back to Mini Pop Style. The shipping costs will not be refunded or will be deducted on orders with free shipping. 

For exchanges or return in the physical store, you need to register the items you would like to return or change by email before you drop them at the physical store. If they are not registered the clerk can reject your return. Please send an email to or through the contact form on the website, state the items you would like return/exchange and your order number. You need to specify that you would like to drop the items in the physical store. Please title the email with your order number and "Return".

If they are not registered by email, the return/exchange may be rejected.


CANCELLATION: After the order has been processed it is not possible to cancel or make changes in your order. If you would like to return or exchange an item please see section above. 


DEFECTS: In case of product manufacturing defects please contact our customer service immediately at Please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible and provide pictures. Please make sure the item is delivered back safely and make sure to keep all receipts for us to look over.

If the style cannot be repaired or the same product is not available and the manufacturing defect have been approved, you are entitled to a full voucher of the item. To be used on the webshop.
